Brf Fagotten consist of 24 two-storey buildings with a total of 268 apartments located on Fl\u00f6jtv\u00e4gen (&#8216;Flute Road&#8217;) and Fagottgr\u00e4nd (&#8216;Basoon Alley&#8217;) in the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/lund.se\/english\/\">city of Lund<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sweden.se\/\">Sweden<\/a>. The apartment complex was built during 1970 and the tenant owner association was formed in 1976.<\/p>\n<p>The buildings have either two or three entrances and in each entrance you will find four to six apartments.\u00a0Here you will also have access to a fully equipped laundryroom,\u00a0only shared with your three to five neighbours.<\/p>\n<p>Each apartment have access to a parking space and internet\u00a0broadband which is included in the monthly fee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For all ages and very suitable for children<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There is a wide variety of age groups, living here and the area is very\u00a0child friendly.\u00a0Every yard\/garden includes a large green area with lawn, fruit trees, berry\u00a0bushes and flowers. Here you also find a sandpit for our youngest children.\u00a0Within the area you also find a bigger playground with a lot of equipment for\u00a0playing.<\/p>\n<p>In the near surroundings there are good schools, daycare as well as a grocery\u00a0store.<\/p>\n<p>Excellent commute via bus is just nearby taking travellers to the railway station and centre of Lund in just minutes.
