Efter kulvert- och reliningprojekten s\u00e5 planerade vi att byta de horisontella ledningara till kall- och varmvatten i krypgrunderna och vi l\u00e4t d\u00e4rf\u00f6r en konsult titta p\u00e5 hur det skulle g\u00e5 till. Det visade sig d\u00e5 att det \u00e4r komplicerat att byta de horisontella r\u00f6ren utan att \u00e4ven byta de vertikala r\u00f6ren upp i l\u00e4genheterna. Det senare \u00e4r dock ett betydligt st\u00f6rre arbete eftersom man d\u00e5 m\u00e5ste dra nya ledningar i trapphusen och in i l\u00e4genheterna. De vertikala r\u00f6ren har dessutom betydligt l\u00e4ngre kvarvarande livsl\u00e4ngd. Konsulten noterade dock att det inte fanns n\u00e5gon akut anledning att byta de horisontella r\u00f6ren i krypgrunderna. Styrelsen har d\u00e4rf\u00f6r beslutat att skjuta fram dessa r\u00f6rbyten n\u00e5gra \u00e5r och satsar p\u00e5 andra f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrings\u00e5tg\u00e4rder under 2025.
