Brands\u00e4kerhet i trapphusen<\/strong>
\nOm du har saker i trapphuset ta bort dem
\nF\u00f6r att minska riskerna f\u00f6r brand och underl\u00e4tta evakuering och
\nsl\u00e4ckning vid brand f\u00e5r l\u00f6sa f\u00f6rem\u00e5l inte f\u00f6rvaras i trapphusen.
\nDet inneb\u00e4r att exempelvis d\u00f6rrmattor, kartonger, blommor,
\ncyklar och elsparkcyklar inte f\u00e5r finnas i trapphuset. L\u00f6sa
\nf\u00f6rem\u00e5l f\u00e5r inte ens tillf\u00e4lligt placeras i trapphuset. Detta f\u00f6ljer
\nf\u00f6reningens best\u00e4mmelser och rekommendationer fr\u00e5n
\nMyndigheten f\u00f6r samh\u00e4llsskydd och beredskap (MSB) om
\nbrands\u00e4kerhet i trapphus.<\/p>\n

Det enda som f\u00e5r st\u00e5 i trapphusen \u00e4r barnvagnsunderreden
\n(Metallst\u00e4llning, hjul och annat som inte \u00e4r l\u00f6stagbart) samt
\nrullatorer. Dessa f\u00e5r inte st\u00e5 d\u00e4r de kan f\u00f6rsv\u00e5ra utrymning. De
\ngamla soprummen (bredvid ing\u00e5ngen till trapphusen) ska i
\nf\u00f6rsta hand anv\u00e4ndas f\u00f6r barnvagnar.<\/p>\n

Vi ber dig som har saker i trapphusen att ta bort dessa<\/strong>
\n omg\u00e5ende.<\/strong><\/p>\n

L\u00f6sa f\u00f6rem\u00e5l som finns kvar kommer att tas bort
\nD\u00e5 fastighets\u00e4garen har ett ansvar f\u00f6r brands\u00e4kerheten
\nkommer fastighetssk\u00f6taren p\u00e5 uppdrag av styrelsen att ta bort
\nalla kvarvarande saker i trapphusen med b\u00f6rjan den 31\/1.<\/p>\n

Insamlade saker kan \u00e5terf\u00e5s fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rvaltaren som har
\nexpeditionstid p\u00e5 onsdagar j\u00e4mna veckor 08:00-09:00 inom tre
\nm\u00e5nader.<\/p>\n

\nFire safety in the stairwell<\/strong>
\nPlease remove any objects you have in the stairwell
\nLoose objects may not be placed in the stairwell since this
\nincreases the risk for fire and makes evacuation and
\nextinguishing more difficult if a fire does occur. This means, for
\nexample, that doormats, cartons, plants, bicycles and scooters
\nmust not be placed in the stairwell. Loose objects may not be
\nplaced in the stairwell even temporarily. This is in accordance
\nwith the association’s rules and the recommendations from The
\nSwedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB) concerning fire
\nsafety in stairwells.<\/p>\n

The only things that are allowed to be placed in the stairwell are
\nthe undercarriages to children’s prams and strollers (the metal
\nstand, wheels and other non-removable parts) and rollators.
\nThese must be placed where they don’t make evacuation more
\ndifficult. Prams and strollers have precedence in the old
\ngarbage rooms (on the right of the entrance to the stairwell).<\/p>\n

If you have any objects in the stairwell then please<\/strong>
\n remove them at once!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Loose objects that remain will be removed
\nThe association has the legal responsibility for fire safety. The
\nboard has therefore instructed the caretaker to remove all
\nremaining objects from the stairwells, beginning the 31\/1.<\/p>\n

Objects so collected can be retrieved from the manager within
\nthree months. The manager’s office is open between 08:00 and
\n09:00 on Wednesdays in even weeks.<\/p>\n
